Move Inward
A space to slow down and reconnect with your body and inner world—so you can begin to hear yourself again when everything outside feels loud.
My Story
Throughout my own healing, the biggest shifts didn’t come from doing more—they came from turning inward.
There was a point where I felt so disconnected from my inner world that it started showing up as physical pain. What I’ve learned since is that when we’re constantly taking in external input, we can lose touch with our own thoughts, feelings, and intuition.
When we quiet the noise, something else becomes available.
We start to listen to the body.
We begin to trust ourselves.
We find a sense of alignment that actually feels real—not forced.

Meet Stephanie
I’m Stephanie, a Denver-based space holder working with breath, meditation, movement, and embodied awareness.
My approach was shaped through my own healing, along with my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali, where I deepened my relationship to my body and healed my nervous system.
While I value the structure of traditional yoga, what feels most alive in my work is intuitive movement—listening to the body rather than shaping it into something external.
I create spaces that support others in navigating healing and spirituality in a grounded, embodied way, especially when things feel overwhelming or unclear.
