My Story
Throughout my own healing, I began to understand that the deepest shifts didn’t come from doing more or searching outside of myself—they came from turning inward and listening to what my body had been trying to communicate all along.
For a long time, I felt disconnected from my body. I kept most of what I felt inside—my emotions, my voice, and my expression. Over time, that disconnection began to affect my physical health.
There was a point where I felt like I had hit a wall with traditional approaches to healing. My nervous system was asking for something different—something beyond only thinking or talking through my experiences.
It wasn’t until I began engaging in embodiment and nervous system practices that something truly shifted. I slowly learned how to create enough safety within myself to truly feel what was there. My body began releasing what I had carried for years, and started to heal from within. It’s difficult to put into words how deeply that changes you.
My approach is about slowing down, turning inward, and returning to the wisdom of the body.

About Me
I’m Stephanie—a Denver-based yoga teacher, DJ, and somatic guide working with yogic practices, intuitive movement, and embodied awareness.
My work is rooted in helping people slow down enough to reconnect with themselves through the body. Shaped through my own healing journey and my yoga teacher training in Bali, I’m especially drawn to nervous system awareness, self-regulation, inner-directed healing, and creating spaces that feel grounding, supportive, and deeply human.
I offer Move Inward, a somatic class designed to support presence, regulation, and reconnection, as well as Embodied Movement, a more immersive experience centered on intuitive exploration and release.
